Big Scary Monsters Joins Pink Mist Collective

The three UK independent record labels Big Scary Monsters, Holy Roar and Blood And Biscuits have put their heads together to form a new label collective called Pink Mist. The collective is the natural culmination of years of collaboration and affiliation between all three record labels, each one uniquely geared towards the promotion and celebration of their particular love of music.

Between them, the three labels are responsible for sharing the music of the following UK acts with the rest of the world: Rolo Tomassi, Three Trapped Tigers, Pulled Apart By Horses, Gallows, Adebisi Shank, Meet Me In St Louis, Tubelord, Throats, Dananananaykroyd, Gallops, This Town Needs Guns, Tall Ships, Holy State and many, many more.

So what’s first for Pink Mist? Coincidently on Record Store Day (April 16th) this year, Pink Mist will release a 12” LP on pink and white vinyl called Hello Pink Mist which will feature 12 exclusive tracks from all three labels. The day of the release also sees the collective’s first day party event at Notting Hill Arts Club and will feature performances from numerous artists on Hello Pink Mist.

The first in a series of Pink Mist tours sees Three Trapped Tigers and Tall Ships tearing through the UK this May.
