What?: Medieval carols crossed with popular song and two of Oxford’s finest artists inspired by the sound of Americana.
Where?: St Michael at The Northgate Church
When:? Friday 9th December 2011, 7.30pm doors.
Why?: Because what better way to celebrate Jesus’ 2011th birthday (Looks good for an old codger doesn’t he? Not a single grey in that luscious beard of his) with traditional carols sang in Oxford’s oldest building. Followed by Tennessee country harmonies and rugged country-rock! It’s exactly what Jesus would have wanted! Did I mention that every penny is going to homeless charity The Gatehouse? No? Well know I have.
