Oxfordshire’s own Jimmy Wizard of Electronica Mr Fogg has released a new video for the song ‘Moving Parts’, a single taken from his debut album of the same name. The video is directed by Tony Kaye, the man behind the Oscar-nominated movie American History X in 1998. The pair decided to work together after a chance meeting after Mr Fogg managed to track Tony down whilst on a brief visit to London. The video was shot at various locations around Los Angeles, including Walt Disney Concert Hall, and consists entirely of several thousand stop-animated still photographs.
Mr Fogg is currently working on new material with Icelandic producer Valgeir Sigurdsson (Bjork, Feist, Bonnie “Prince” Billy). Watch the video for ‘Moving Parts’ underneath:
