Secret Rivals To Play Bestival 2011

Oxford’s fast rising post-punks, Secret Rivals have just confirmed a slot at this year’s fantastic-looking Bestival, to be held on the Isle of Wight over the weekend of the 8th September.  Few would deny it is a highly deserved accolade for a band who have worked their socks off all through 2010; and 2011 is looking just as jam-packed.

Other acts to play Bestival this year include PJ Harvey and The Maccabees as well as fellow emerging artists The Cure and Brian Wilson (Haw haw!); there is no doubt that this is an amazing platform for Secret Rivals to perform to a wider audience and of course, show the nation that Oxford continues to produce excellent acts.
